Euclides Amosse Novele
Trainee
Euclides Amosse Novele joined the Firm in 2022, where he has been assisting on matters related to commercial and corporate matters, digital services, data protection and privacy policies. Euclides also acts as the company´s Social Investment Commission representative.
In addition, he has written a scientific article for the magazine of the Mozambican Bar Association, assisted in an article for Lexology, Business & Legal, and was also co-author of the scientific work entitled Comparative Law on Guarantees of Compliance in Banking Relations, published by OHADA (Organization for Harmonization in Africa of Business Rights).
Euclides was a legal consultant at Matavel, Mhula, Chirindza & Associados - Sociedade de Advogados, Lda. (MMC), between 2020 and 2022, where he worked at the sectors of commercial and corporate, labour, banking, intellectual property, real estate, and non-judicial debt recovery.
Between 2019 and 2020, he worked as Assistant Professor of Tax and Customs Law, and Obligations Law 1 at the Commercial Institute of Maputo (ICM).
Euclides was also Assistant Registrar and Senior Notary at the BAÚ - Balcão de Atendimento Único, in Maputo.

Law Degree with orientation to Economics and Corporate Sciences (UDM – Mozambique Techniques University, 2022). Medium-Term Course in Cross-Border E-Commerce in Africa (African Institute for Economic Development and Planning, IDEP). Attending postgraduate studies in Corporate Governance (CIDP).
