Euclides Amosse Novele and Ricardo António Mujui participate in masterclass on foreign exchange control in Mozambique

Euclides Amosse Novele and Ricardo António Mujui participated, on March 25, as trainers in the Masterclass on Foreign Exchange Control and Cross-Border Payments in Mozambique, organized by African Influence Exchange.

The session focused on the main challenges faced by companies operating in the country, where cross-border payments remain one of the most complex areas, requiring strict compliance with the rules of the Bank of Mozambique and careful preparation of supporting documentation.

During the session, key topics included the foreign exchange control framework, preparation of documentation for international payments, treatment of dividends and royalties, investment and financing operations, as well as best practices to avoid delays, rejections, and friction with banking institutions.

The next session will take place on March 31, in webinar format, online and in English.
