HRA is the most recent associate of ALER - Associação Lusófona de Energias Renováveis

HRA Advogados celebrates its recent association with the Associação Lusófona de Energias Renováveis (ALER). ALER is a NGDO (Non-Governmental Organization for Development) whose mission is the promotion of renewable energies in Portuguese speaking countries. ALER prioritised the national renewable energy markets of Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste. As a cooperation platform, bringing together different national and international stakeholders, it acts as a facilitator of business opportunities through support to the private sector and in attracting investment and financing.
