Paula Duarte Rocha appointed member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for Mozambique

Paula Duarte Rocha, a partner at MDR Advogados, has been appointed a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for Mozambique, replacing Tomás Timbane.

 

Members of the Court are appointed on the proposal of the ICC's national committees and groups. Once appointed, the members must remain independent of the ICC's national committees in the performance of their duties. 

 

The new list came into force on 1 July 2024.
