Paula Duarte Rocha, partner at MDR Advogados, is taking part as a speaker in the Bowmans Africa Law Conference 2026, taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, on 18 and 19 June.

Paula Duarte Rocha's intervention is part of the panel "Strong Talent, Strong Outcomes: Talent management/retention challenges and opportunities", on 19 June, dedicated to the challenges and opportunities in talent management and retention within law firms.

Under the theme "Connected for Impact: Africa's Clients, Talent, and Technology in 2026", the conference brings together law firm leaders, clients and invited guests from across the African continent to discuss the forces shaping the legal profession, with a focus on strengthening client relationships, building future-ready teams, and harnessing technology to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
